黑苹果RX5600XT 睡眠成功唤醒黑屏。

目前是使用的NUC9 I7那一款+ RX5600XT目前有一个大问题是睡眠以后唤醒黑屏， 拔插数据线依然不能唤醒屏幕， 但是系统已经在正常运行（在其他机器上可以ping通). 从主板上看， 显卡风扇不转，不知道是否有供电。

各位老哥提供下debug思路，让我们看看具体是什么原因导致。

查了文档， 是 cpu powermanagement这块出了问题，只能微调了， 和显卡无关。

RX560同样唤醒黑屏。

6600和6600xt完美唤醒睡眠。没有问题。
