宽屏t60p更新bios和Embedded Controller Program有疑惑

宽屏t60p的bios 1.12版本在lenovo网站上没有相应的Embedded Controller Program版本（1.08版）供下载。查看了一下英文说明，如下

WHAT THIS PACKAGE DOES
  This package is to update the BIOS (including system program and
  Embedded Controller program) stored in the ThinkPad computer to fix
  problems, add new functions, or expand functions as noted below.


意思是说在这个bios安装包里已经包含有Embedded Controller Program 1.08版。那么是不是说只要更新bios就行了，不要去管Embedded Controller Program？
